Ramona Carrasco is a Staff Services Manager at the Medical Board of California’s Central Complaint Unit. Ramona has been with the Medical Board of California for 13 years. These years have been spent with the Medical Board’s Central Complaint Unit, including as a Staff Services Analyst working various types of complaint cases. She has managed a staff that handles medical malpractice, case initiation and Office Practice, which includes cases regarding Utilization Review.
